Demoman's Grenade Launcher: Possible Problem
If you ever look at Demoman's grenade launcher, it has SIX slots for his grenades. SIX! And yet he can only fire four. Why is this? Because valve didn't want him to be OP but didn't want to make it look unrealistic?

If there really is no good reason, then may I make a suggestion? Make a new skin for the original grenade launcher in which ot only has four slots and then make a third grenade launcher in which it has 6 slots for less damage? Thank you for reading this.

There's a skin out there for a four-slot grenade launcher. I'd recommend checking Gamebanana.

When Team Fortress 2 was released way back in 2007, The Demoman had a 6 round clip for his grenade launcher. But then they realized that was overpowered and nerfed him down to 4. Since then, it was just never a priority to create completely new art and animations assets for what was already a good gun model.

Origionally he had 6 shots but it was nerfed

Not really nerfed, balanced.
Demo had 6 shots but due to its underpower, everybody only used sticky launcher which also had huge ammo.
Then they decided to buff the damage and take out the 2 slot.
But since the grenade launcher is his stock primary, changing skin wasn't that suggestive for them.

Although there are many weapons animation so messed up.

Majority would say 'Lazy Valve'

I would buff it again, but make the grenades less powerful. A increase in firing speed as well.
