You simply reverse numbers or the like, not make up totally new things.

gives enemy medics 10 uber on hit
gives enemy spies 20 cloak on hit
Projectile can be reflected
+33% clip size
Scrubs would still call it OP

requires ammo
alt fire- fires a shot that heals eneny buildings and enenmy players

random crits
+5% faster reload
deals 120% damage to buildings
always crit boosted
