TF2 PREMIUM

I bought today The Orange Box and when i entered to the game i got the hat called THE PROOF OF PURSCHASE but i didn't get PREMIUM ?! what should i do ?

Contact Steam Support if you're still having problems. Orange Box should give you TF2 premium.

i found something on DLC on TF2 properties and there is Team Fortress 2 - Premium DLC and its available content download for tf2

@Tab I have some questions for you. I have already TF2 installed with mi own items gained during the game... but i've finshed the space so i've bought the orange box.
So how much time passed before you get premium?
My old items will be lost?
In the orange box there is TF2 beta, i have to install it to get premium?
