TF2 keeps updating

For the past 4 days my TF2 has been updating every single etime I try to launch the game, and always validates the cache files. After it finishes updating the game works and I start. Soon after I play, there’s a part where there’s a huge FPS spike lag, and freezes the game and somehow freezes my CPU too.

Now after I manually restart my CPU and steam, I relaunch the game again, and soon it begins updating, AGAIN.

Am I doing something wrong?

This is happening to me. Did you guys ever figure out how to fix it? I've apparently downloaded 30 GBs...
