New Vintages
Since the only items that are available in the Vintage quality had to exist prior to the Uber Update I have an idea to make new items available in the Vintage quality but still keeping them rare. For any new Vintages that apply to my idea the Blue text (IMO) should be brighter just so you can see the difference between the "real" vintages and the new ones that follow this idea. The idea is that for weapons between the uber update and the present some will randomly become vintage (e.g. every 1/5). As for any new releases they could be recieved in "vintage" quality if you aquired them within the first few days of release (e.g. 1/3/5). It's just an idea I thought of and i understand many will not agree with the idea but lemme know what you think. Thanks!

Don't speak Russian but this is what you said according to google translate: "I admit that the game is quite a success, but if you can forget about grafon, download the original UFO: EnemyUncnown. Those who made it ahead of time for decades.
I still remember the funny, when on a mission to clean up the downed spy, found three corpses around the reactor blew up and only one barely alive from the debris plates were left alone.
All of the modern games of this has not been seen = ("

What?

I love this idea! I would like to see new weapons in vintage quality, as some of them came after the Uber Update.

This actually doesn't sound like a bad idea, though I'd suggest a lower chance of randomly spawning a vintage weapon - about 1/100 chance of getting a vintage from a drop, rather than 1/5.

You know... to keep 'em rare and stuff?

Or you could go with 1/8192
This is the same ratio in which you could find a Shiny Pokèmon.

I support this.

It was just a quick idea, keep in mind that this 1/5 ratio was an example and was only intended for items in between the uber update and the present day (remember that a certain amount of pre existing weapons would become vintage, but it wouldn't be a random drop like uniques are). Any new releases would become vintage if acquired before a certain short timeframe after release - with the exception of store-bought or uncraft items being unique (or the items after this could possibly be implemented could just be a rare drop (with the same odds used for uber-present items being converted into vintages).

BTW Thanks for all the support, I'm surprised this many people actually approve of the idea.

Hmm. While playing the other day I happened to get two items within a few minutes of each other, the Dead Ringer and a Vintage Dead Ringer. Since the first one was an Achievement Item, I just put the Vintage Dead Ringer for sale on the Steam Market at an affordable price so somebody who does not want to wait or accidentally deleted one could get it.

Too late bargain hunters, it just got sold. :)
