Indeed. However, based on probability, those without hats would have less skill as they would be newer to TF2.
I take offense to that as that is on the one and only randomizer MvM server which is my second-favorite MvM mod. (After where you can play as a robot.)
It wasn't MvM. Was an Arena server.
True, but sometimes it's a tip-off. Has no hats? Probably new to the game. New to the game? Probably not as skilled as other players.
EDIT NOTE: Gibus is different as it means you have dominated somebody, and dominations are rarely because of luck. Unless if it's on a RTD server.
