Making it so the mat_phong 0 happens every time you start up

Ive heard about mat_phong 0 being a cool high performance thing and i also heard you could have it every time you startd it up. How does one make it so Mat_phong 0 is always on when you start the game?

Put it in a notepad document, save it as autoexec.cfg, and save it in SteamApps/common/Team Fortress 2/tf/cfg.

Well if it lags then maybe you shouldent use it im sorry i dont have an entire aspect of graphics

I said glitchy, my fps was like 300+ the whole time. Idk I don't need it, but I want it cuz dem_frames.

Basically. A lot of people think it's pretty ugly so there are mods to reduce or remove it, along with the mat_phong cvar that recently got added.

Inside it. The title of the file is autoexec.cfg.

is it just mat_phong 0 no quatation marks or anything? if you dont mind but can u make a file on dropbox with the notepad document?
