Why can't i trade on TF2?

I can't trade, whenever i try to trade in game it says, "There was a problem sending your trade request, Trading may be temporarily unavailable, or your account may not be able to send trade requests right now." and when i try to trade through steam it says "You recently forgot and then reset your Steam account's password. You will not be able to trade until about five days after the most recent password reset." What do i do? I know it has been well over 7 days since i changed my password.

how long had you no activity before you got that error?

steam support says if you reser your password you will be restrictcted from trading for 5 days

I hadn't been on for like maybe 9 months or more.

and if your account has not had any activity for more than 2 months you will be restriced from trading for 30 days

Im an active player, i've played it for some weeks now, i played it yesterday and it all worked fine, i could trade and stuff, but today i haven't been able to trade or acces the store, getting those random messages (the same as alex got) whenever i try to do something...

everybody is having the same probelms since update nobody can trade with each other or use the shop, hopefully they will fix this issue today

You have to enable steamguard, perhaps thats the problem.
