You can still play the game on most servers and find items (weapons) for free. The game is free to play, but it is limited in what you can do. Besides, a friend can buy you an upgrade to premium gift - you didn't have to pay for that.

It is free to play. I know of a video game comentator who has unusuals and he hasn't given a penny to the Mann co store. It is free to play in that it is free to take part in the game, however it carries with it the price of ridiculu for wearing a gibus...

167 hours, and you are complaining that you dont have all the 'perks' of finding cosmetics and being able to waste your life away in trade servers getting scammed? with that little time you've put in you can't even appreciate the actual game, much less trading. even if you did it would just be another scrub begging for handouts 'how much does refined worth?' can i craft vintage weapons? honestly its not a venture folks get rich with overnight, unless you really want to sink 100s into it

Oh the market. Only specific items are sellable, but your items are untradeable (you are F2P) and your whole backpack would only be worth maybe $1.00.

Step 1: You are F2P, basically everything you have is untradeable normally/
Step 2: You need Steam premium.
Step 3: Must be a botkiller, Genuine, Vintage, Unusual, or a tool to be sold on the market.
