All items gone

So, I was trading with someone and I couldn't see any of my TF2 items. I checked my inventory and they were all gone, when I go on TF2 it says "could not connect to item servers" What does that mean? Will I get my items back, and is there anything I can do?

Same for me when i played tf2 only default weps were aviable but i did see other people using their loadout weps. How come?

The loadout server is down for me as well, so it's not just you. It's obviously not down for everyone, though, because I've seen people using huntsman and jarate.

To me happens when im removed the item (to remark the price) and the itens is gonne. Im restarted the steam, the PC and nothing. Losted 1 Genuine AWPer Hand and 2 Genuine Marxman.
