you see so i won that badge with the lugermorph but then i got the message from updating my account to premium, so i bought a key, but then i wont let me continue to get out of that menu so i tought why are there 2 badge (one that told me about deleit or not and one on the loadout secton) so then i tought i got double badge so i delete one of them, but suddendly both got delete it...help me....can you please send me the new same badge or what should i do? i dont have it anymore :<

Steam support may help you get your item back.
Bear in mind they will only do it ONCE for you. You need to be more careful managing your items. Support won't be fixing your mistakes over and over.
