I have a problem with this game... half the time i join a MvM mann up game im gunna get kicked... for no reason, for being the wrong class or just ciz my team fail.... seriously guys... i know theres people who are getting the same problems done but who ever is... STOP IT... its not cool n not funny... people want to play this game and have fun but they cant as they will get kicked or banned without a valid reason... unless they done something they shouldnt of thats really bad... font kick or ban...

Reasons vary. People get kicked for spamming, being afk too long, being complete douchebags, not being enough of a douchebag, cheating, and so on. I've been kicked from one server in the year and a half that I've had TF2 in my library, and it was while I was in the middle of a rather nice kill streak (jealous much?)... and I've also been harassed by players on my team who claimed I was 'terrible' when my score was right around the middle of all my teammates' scores (turned out that the players who were harassing me had buddies on the other team who complained about me killing them over and over again).

In essence, people kick you because they want to kick you. Heck, I've even seen people get kicked for literally no reason at all (when the votekick menu came up, the reason given was "No reason given" and they kicked the player over that). So yeah, to echo what another poster said above, that's democracy for you.
