Invisible enemys (not spys.)

I have this odd problem where sometimes people are invisible on the enemy team.

It did not start really happening until recently , before it happened maybe once a month now it seems its garunteed whenever I join a server.

This is basically what happens.

Out of nowhere I see gunshots or flames and I don't see anyone there .

I die and the respawn camera is coming from half way across the map.

This isn't just with teammates , sometimes my own team is invisible
(or they have the wrong team skin which is very odd.)

Anyone know what might be causing this?

It can't be lag I usually have around 5 - 20 ping in the server I play .

I know that issue, sometimes when your connection isn't stable world-view-models can go missing.
Try entering the following in your console

record fix

and

stop record

These two commands normally clear out any graphic bug you stumble across.

Entering these 2 commands isn't only applicable in that specific situation, it also returns dislocated hats, backshields and particle effects to where they belong.
Give them a try whenever your visuals go haywire, they mostly sort stuff out instantly.
