Best: Heavy with RL, jarate, escape plan
Worst: Sniper with baby face, gunboats, and kunai

BFB heavies are just painful to play since the speed penalty still applies. I've also had the GRU during melee-only mode -- hooray for permanent Marked for Death. I also hate <any sniper primary> + <any passive> loadouts since sniper is one of my least-played classes.

Scout tends to be the most ridiculous in terms of loadout power because of their speed and agility. I've had CM5K + Sticky Launcher scout, for instance :o :o. A Phlog + <Flare> Scout is probably more significantly dangerous than a Phlog + <Flare> Pyro, because if he does get that Mmmph he'll move further during its effect and outrun anybody who isn't explosive-jumping.

I've never played randomizer, but if I ever do, I hope I'm a scout with a backburner, smg, and persian persuader. I'm skiled with those.

Randomizer is a Mod that makes it so everyone gets random weapons. It doesn't even need to be weapons for that class, like it could give a Scout a Minigun or something like that.
