Unusual Effect Placed In wrong spot
I have a Steaming Cold Killer its a really high tier hat. The problem is the effect starts at my body and not where the hat is at. Which makes it look terrible any suggestions on what to do?

Nothing you can do. You'll have to wait on Valve.

Also there's no way a steaming cold killer is "really high tier" lol

no, if the effect is attached to the wrong bone then everyone will see it in the wrong place.

I think I've seen a mod to fix it before, but I can't find it anymore.

Can you ask people if they see the unusal efect perfect?
If the unusal is in the wrong spot that means...It could be rare and be more probbly.

Please, if you don't understand how unusuals work, don't make speculation like this. It will only confuse people. No unusual will have a unique particle placement, there is a predefined attachment point in the model itself.
