TF2 Crashes to Desktop on Startup.

So this just began happening today and every single time it happens, I think it could be to do with the FlameHUD that I tried to install because when I went to test it out for the first time, I had the issue.

Tried starting with -novid -console -32bit -directx95, etc and nothing seems to be happening. I had a mass amount of issues with BitDefender but have uninstalled that and now I have none relating to that.

But I start the game normally, then get a 1-2 second glimpse of TF2's main meny before it crashes to the desktop. So could it be that the replaced files can't be found and I've screwed it up, because I've tried to verify the cache files and that hasn't done anything either...

Any help would be greatly appreciated :D

Same thing just happend to me today but like you im not getting any help sorry if i get anything ill tell you

I got this all sorted out a little while ago, deleted BitDefender and I now have no issues at all, the game runs much better and never freezes at all either.
