Then again this entire thread may just be a place for traders to scare away people from linux so that they don't attempt to acquire a tux, meaning that there will be less tuxes, which means that they will be more valuable to those that don't have them.
It might be prudent to create a few alternate accounts even if they're f2p accounts. If they end up being worth a lot someone will buy premium gifts for them and you'll have a bunch of idle-ready alts that have been paid-for by others, and if they end up being worthless, you won't have lost anything other than some time spent making alts. I won't be doing this, because I don't play tf2 for the sole purpose of exploiting the mannconomy, but I'm sure plenty of others will be doing it.
I'm not a trader trying scare everyone off to try to make the penguins have more value.
Many don't even have "basic" computer knowledge.

install linux is too easy. Just google how to install it, and dont be a noob.
