Ofc, I never bought into that joke because pyro is the epitome of manliness.

So now I can end all controversy using a TF2 item.

Pyro has a hat with flowers, must be female.
Pyro has a woman's purse, mut be female.
Pyro has a deep voice, must be male.
Descriptions say he and she when mentioning the Pyro, must be a hermaphrodite.

Heavy and Medic are gay, Heavy says "I love this Doctor".

Well, if Valve likes to troll then ofc anything could happen, in this case scout could be in between a woman and a man and have both gender extremities for all I care.

It doesn't matter what the pyro was. What the pyro was is totally irrelevant. What matters is what the pyro is, and, as of now, the pyro is... the pyro. Valve likes trolling those who like to speculate. Notice the message board in meet the spy? It says this in some of the message boxes:

THE PYRO
IS A MAN
IS A WOMAN
IS A ROBOT

Notice what happens if you turn on closed captions in meet the pyro?

He's not here, is she?

Good luck trying to figure it out because in the end it doesn't really matter because whatever is under that mask is totally insane by human standards anyways. :D
