Linex not starting TF2
i just installed linex on my old computer(like 3 years old) and i go to start Tf2 and says it cant start/try again later.
anyone know why this is happening

You probably need proper video drivers. If you're using Ubuntu enable the proprietary drivers.

ok so i had to just uninstall that ubuntu, it like corupted windows 7. that was not worth the effort.....

I needed to enable steam beta in the steam setting. No Idea why it worked before the official Linux release without the steam beta on :S

Why are you guys actually "booting" ubuntu? You know you can use it via VMWare or VirtualBox, don't you?
Only trouble I'm having atm is copying TF2's .gcf files over to ubuntu's version of steam. This is to avoid re-downloading almost 15Gigs of TF2 over again lol!
