Lobby soon

guys i might be able to play lobby with my friend koston soon, hes pretty much a pro and he asked if i could play sometime, do any of you have any tips for lobby, im Heavy and he means highlander lobby btw

You'll usually want to stick with your medic and keep him safe (also probably a good idea to have a sandvich ready)
Use the stock minigun (I know you love the Brass Beast but stock is what most highlander heavies use)
Watch your back
Don't push too hard as you'll be very vulnerable if caught out
When pushing with uber ready, get as close as possible to the enemy before the uber is popped on you

I'd recommend you look up Fatmop on Youtube and watch some highlander videos, they're fun to watch and you'll learn from them.

Run MiniGRUvich, stick by your Medic, and remember to share your sandviches!

and i sort of take back what i said on some other discussion, i guess the loadout isn't really w+m1 but i still dont really like to play with that loadout

Brass - you most likely will get hate for as it takes away most of your mobility
Shotgun - If your team keeps your medic safe, you're ok. If not he will probably be mad that you don't have a sandvich for him. Keep in mind you'll probably have a teammate (usually a pyro) around to deal with ambushers so having that shotgun isn't as crucial
Melee - you should be fine there, GRU and FoS are the most popular ones though

MiniGRUvich is the most verastile and effective Heavy loadout, your loadout sounds fun for screwing around on pubs but it's just gonna cripple you in higher level games.

its not the most effective imo, ive tried minigruvich in the past and i think stock is weak and i dont see sandvich as much use especially if you know the map well(medkit locations)
also running gloves are good but fists of steel are not great for me, the weapon switch is pretty big when you go shotgun brassb

You'll be a sitting duck with the brass beast against people who know what they're doing, and it will make it impossible to push with your team. And the sandvich can save the medic's life which is extremely important in high-level TF2.
