Player banning me via hacks

So, i've been playing TF2 for a while now, and this kid, i don't know his full username, but he goes by Acekid, has been going into my games, He does hack, I've seen him speed hack through entire levels. I need some advice on how to avoid him for the remainder of the time that I'm playing TF2, because I don't want to have to deal with any more un-legit bans. I really don't know what else to say besides that, if you need any more information, i'll be glad to let you know.

I've never heard of someone being able to ban someone else via hacking. I'd suggest submitting a support ticket regarding this person.
