Always get kicked out of MVM mission from players only because i have no "buff banner " for my Soldier !!
I really love this game but i think that kick-option should be deletet or more detailed why some people want kick some.

And - i kill much robots too without this buff banner so i dont understand the problem.

Depends.
If he's trying to play expert and doesn't understand helping his team out, then he deserves to get kicked. If it's boot camp or something like that, then it's stupid.

The thing is, people don't want to waste their time with a teammate who won't play for the team, especially on the more advanced missions where everyone has to be involved (in easy missions it doesn't really hurt if one guy derps around). So if someone doesn't show any signs of wanting to support the team, it's only fair that the team have the ability to kick them from the game instead of failing to beat some wave over and over. For instance I once played a game with a spy who only upgraded his revolver and never bothered to collect money or sap robots. It's perfectly ok to kick people in cases like that.

But if you now know how good the Buff Banner is in mvm (minicrits for everyone, aw yeh), you now get why they try to kick you in the first place.

That's advanced. That's the problem. People aren't there to just keep playing until they get bored or try out weapons, they're there to win. If you're not there to do your best and win, then they'll prefer to wait for someone who does do their best and wants to win. They might be people who need just one more round to finish their tour or something, you know.

yes but i can also buy crits ....no matter...finaly:i dont find it ok when people pay to play that and then get kicked from that A******

but thats my thinking..i always want play fair and be fair to other players

"Able to buy crits" wouldn't really be a valid argument because you obviously could have both at the same time anyway, buying crits has its own downsides, BB gets minicrits for free every so often, and it most importantly also goes for your team, yadda yadda... It's not an actual appropriate compensation for that, you know.

If you want to keep playing on the boot camp, you need to stay wary that everyone else is interested in winning, and even you would probably react negatively if you saw someone else that doesn't want to run a good loadout. I mean, say, what if some Heavy joined in, and he says he wants to go punch-only? The round starts and the team has trouble but ultimately wins, and the Heavy clearly could be making it easier for the entire team by using something better. But the Heavy says that he'll stay that way because he says he finds it more fun for himself like that, even though he is objectively worse and everyone is calling out on it. Who's wrong here, really? That would be the Heavy.

Because when you join in on a team, the game isn't just yours anymore. The game is now for the entire team. And there is no I in team.

Out of curiosity, what are you actually using as your secondary if it's not the BB? Even the tips in the chalkboard in the class selection screen reccomend the BB. Do you just not have one?
