HELP invisible unusual effects

I have not been able to see any unusual effects for a couple of days now , i have not done anything to the tf files apart from adding some re-skins months ago. I have tried to defragment tf2 , that did not work and i have re-installed it ,and that also did not work. I need help!

Probbly theres know people on the server that has a unusal.I havent seen a unusal for 2 weeks.Unusals are rare items so you wont see it that much...

Well I just looked in your invintory and you do have a unusal...Then I have no idea...

i know someone who does and i started to play with them on the same server and i could not see theirs too :/

This could be a probblem of the textures...Happened to me.When I look in the mann.co store everything is missing textures like purple and black.Or maby its something diferent.
