Stacked teams

I've ended up in a lot of games lately where one team is absolutely stacked compared to the other. I've been on the stacked team and been on the bad team. What drives me crazy is when this happens on a server with voting for a scramble disabled. Anyone else see this happening a lot?

I know right? Every server usually starts out even. Eventually, the auto scramble screws it up and the team is STACKED with pros on one side and F2Ps on the other and it just ruins your day. It happens A LOT.

[Reality]

I saw this all the time on non offical servers. Then i decided that whenever i go to a server that i've never been on or know has no voting.... I just go spectate mode for the first 20 seconds and pick the stacked team.
