TF2 VEHICLES!
I'm probably gonna get a lot of hate for this, but I think vehicles are the next ingredient to making this the perfect fps. Halo CE did vehicles well as it was easy to kill the players inside, why not TF2? It wouldn't break any classes in particular!

Sniper Camper Van = up to 5 inside (1 driver) 3 in back
Truck = 6 people, two in front.
Any other ideas?

Sure, I'd love to drive a large vehicle around while playing on 2fort.

I see the whole point of your idea, Perhaps it is faster movement? More damag dealt? However i see too many problems, and not enough benefits of this idea.

For starters, people will begin abusing vehicles, running people over, they will be glitchy, and not a single map ive played would be sufficient to hold ONE vehicle.

I run at max quality, and sometimes hl2.exe does not respond because of that, and adding vehicles will just make my TF2 hopelessly laggy. and no, i cant turn down the settings because no-one beats the smile of a heavy.

Many classes would become HOPELESS, spy backstabbing a truck? nu-huh no chance. Sniper sniping a tank? fat chance. you see where im going?

Its a nice idea, but by my standarts, its impractical.

Spy sapping my Humvee?

First off there are currently little to no maps that would support the space that vehicles would take. Second I'd encourage picking up Battlefield 3 if you wish to play with vehicles in gunfights.

So what you're saying is you don't want vehicles implemented because it would make YOUR game laggy? The gaming world is changing and getting more advanced so you have the responsibility to change with it.

Scout=He could outrun the vehicles and shoot the driver then hijack the car.
Sniper could snipe the driving when the car stops or crashes
Heavy+ could survive being run over and continuosly shoot the vehicle resulting in its destruction
pyro= could set the car alight
Soldier= could hit the car with a rocket, toppling it over
medic= Nothing really, but the car can't have too many dangers.
Demoman= similar to soldier
Engineer= could shoot the car down with his sentry.
Spy, could sap the engine (takes one whole minute, to let the player get out and remove the sapper)

Don't take it the wrong way-I couldn't resist using a little sarcasm. I think your idea is great but not very realistic in this game given the limited amount of maps that could handle a vehicle. Maybe orange or possibly mountainlab or someone could make a map specifically for vehicles. Kinda like DeGroot is only for using melee weapons.

Inventing counters to vehicles don't justify their existence, lol. TF2 was designed without vehicles. Adding them would mess up class balance by removing the weaknesses of many classes and forcing teams to deal with a new threat that has no relevance to the objective-based gameplay. That's so obvious that I believe you're just "trolling" at this point.

Specific vehicle mode would remove any possibility for teamwork

Give me an example before calling me a troll. How would adding something new mess up the class balance, the classes aren't too balanced anyway as no class has an advantage over pyro.
