So your tf2 ping is fine? I don't understand...
Another question. Have you taken notice as to what other peoples ping is on the servers you play on?
While some isps might be worse than others, you are limited by physics on how fast you can connect to an american server, that being said you should be able to get under 200 ping assuming things are half decent.
