My first match was on ctf_2fort and I didn't know what in the Sam Hill I was doing or where to go. I kept seeing these funny looking containers with a cross on them at various places on the map not knowing what they were. First time I picked up the intelligence I just ran around the enemy base not knowing that I had to actually take it back to my base to capture it. What the heck am I supposed to do with this daggone briefcase!!! Yep, good times...good times.

Well, i tried at first to kill someone with SGM as sniper, then i effectively used the sniper rifle.. without scoping !

Considering I'm still new, joined about 4 or 3weeks ago, still F2P, i just trained on bots for a while, it's still fun to do, you can get items off bots, but not achievements. :/

Capture the Flag, Teufort. I went Medic, with an "EVERY team needs a Medic, why isn't anyone playing as him right now? Gosh, I'm so lucky, I'd hate to ruin another Medic's fun by getting in the way!" sort of attitude." Needless to say, it went poorly for both sides (I was never protected, which meant I had to get used to stress and dodging very quickly, while the enemy couldn't seem to kill my patients). Ended up switching to Pyro after half an hour because no one else would go after the intel no matter how many charges I built, and I really wanted to win a game before going to sleep. Then I was scammed out of a hat drop with a Crusader's Crossbow and Vita Saw by someone with an Unusual. Somehow, in my years of research on gameplay and mechanics, I'd somehow completely neglected to look into the real game: HATS.
