If nothing's there, you're probably vac banned.

VAC status:ban(s) on record.
That quite literally means you used a cheat program.

If you feel you didn't deserve it create a support ticket (an email will not be acted on).
Valve rarely lifts bans.

Where did my items in Team Fortress 2 go?! Upon receiving a VAC ban for either Team Fortress 2, Counter-Strike: Source, or Half-Life 2: Deathmatch your items from Team Fortress 2 will be removed except any items that have been purchased.

If you believe the ban was a mistake contact support but it's unlikely you'll receive a response.
