fu*k no, i still find some moves/games fun and still play g/pg rated games. most games/moves that are rated lower have jokes that onley older people would get and thats been happing for a long time (like some of the old disney moves {old movies} and wreck it ralph {a new one})

No im none of those things, the russians are trying to pass a law of this nature and i was wondering what the americans thought

Max Age limit ? In what sense, lower (e.g. -12 ) or higher ( +12) ? Because if you refer to the second one, it already exists quite everywhere and I will be surprised to know that in Russia doesen't exist such a thing ( no offense, just wondering )

Politicians Said "age brackets" such as 12 - 18 for some things or 16 - 21 for others. The logic was that games rated as containing "crude humour" and the like were not to be played by anyone 'mature' as a mature audience was not allowed to have a mindset that allowed them to enjoy such content

Yes but its in Russian, you could translate it with google but its not that good. My knowledge comes due to my friendship with several Russians, and it is only currently a proposed bill.
Also the limitations would be applied only on public movie screenings and Multiplayer game content - this is the best i know to my understanding, which admittedly is not the best. This discussion is chiefly an attempt to gather more information for myself as well as gain some opinions on the topic Lucifer pissed me off a little, while the Forums title is clearly provocative he reasoned like a child and resorted to name calling, the 'enjoyment' level of the player was never of debate. :)
