Report a translation problem
The one I used stopped working some days ago.
They're really trying to circumvent blockers.
The cfg has a few lines dedicatedly kicking pinion in the pot o' gold.
It could be that single text ovelays [like the 'you can play in x seconds' countdown] still show up but they should be harmless and non-functional.

But I'm wondering why Valve doesn't do anything about the pinion-crap in the first place.
Most servers either kick you or force you to spectate if you disable HTML MOTDs. Since there's a plugin for detecting if the ad isn't played. (or something like that)
Also note that the last few lines might hinder some features of certain custom game modes.

Put protect.cfg in the cfg folder in tf < team fortress 2
Open Notepad
Type in "exec protect.cfg" without the ""s.
Save as autoexec.cfg and all files intead of .txt.
Put in cfg folder.
