What is the WORST weapon in tf2?

Id say the eviction notice or the eureka effect, but id like to hear your opinion.
EDIT: With the recent TF2 updates, a lot of the crap weapons got buffed/changed around, so some opinions may change.

the Mantreads are not bad at all. That stomp thing? That's just a gimmick. The real usefulness of the Mantreads comes from the knockback reduction.

To me, it is the Winger. That extra 2 damage per shot doesn't help much.

I think the tomislav, with almost nothing good about it + a slow firing speed it could not get any more useless, Some say the natasha is worse but i use natasha sometimes and ive beaten tomislav heavies in 1 on 1 almost all the time, and atleast natasha does slowdown enemies

The homewrecker and The Winger are up there for being the worst. I only say the homewrecker because for some reason the Neon Annihilator damages sappers as well which is stupid since it makes the homewrecker useless.
