There are other good ones as well but I think the change from stock PDA to Pip-Boy is simply the best.

Well not truly just a reskin(angle of fire is different) but The Original from Quake. It was kind of nostalgic to me and they even added the original sounds

In the 'weapon' sense, it really isn't a reskin. But I guess in the functional sense it is, considering it turns it green and a little Vault-Boy Engie appears in the corner. If that's what we're basing it off of, then the Pip-Boy gets my #1 spot
