A tag is generally some sort of term attached to something for easy searching, and I believe you can tag certain terms to look up in searches for servers; instant-respawn, trade and such would be 'tags' that aren't in the server title, but can be looked up with the tag part of the search options.
Mother 3, on the other hand, is one of the Earthbound series of games, if I'm not mistaken; I believe they were called Earthbound in the Western releases while they were called Mother in the Japanese editions. In any case, despite my possibly incorrect specifications, I'm fairly certain it's the title of a game that was mainly, if not exclusively, released in Japan; at the very least, I know it's a game connected to the Earthbound series, which you may know of.

Personally it's very rare that i see hackers, maybe it's because i use UK/EU servers.
How do these people even find this?
