Mic Spammer Unmuting himself/herself

"GARBAGE MILLENIUM" STEAM_0:1:787159 has been the most irritating person with mic spam, he unmutes himself somehow and no he is NOT admin. Could be a hacks, idk. Is there any way to bind a key to mute <player name> without being admin? If not, then there should be

Do you mute him with the client mute, or is this a server mute?
If it's a server mute, then it might just be a bug.

I do it with the server mute... and it never happens with other people that i mute...EVER. Only with Garbage

Is that different from the whole "Press esc > resume game > 2nd square with the ear in it > mute player"?

I'm pretty sure ignoring that guy will ♥♥♥♥ him off. Then again, You could mute the game... but then the Dead ringer...

Ignoring is possible when the music, noises, words....etc arent loud as hell...so gargled its unbearable while I'm trying to hear other people. So that doesnt solve anything

Mic spammers unmuting themselves is pretty weird. I haven't seen it in a long time and it might be someone with admin powers on that server screwing with you.

theres always that possibility yet theres only 2 admins on the server and theyre online when this Garbage Millenium guy is in there

it's a very easy non well released glitch that he is using. Just ignore him, there isn't much you can do and valve will not fix it it's been out since day 1.
