Tf2 trading: I'm already in a trade?

When I go to trade someone, it tells me their already in a trade when they are not. When they trade me, it tells them I'm in a trade even though I'm not. This has been going on for three days now. I'm not F2P and Steam Guard has been on.
I also recently signed up for Tf2 outpost and posted a trade, but canceled it if that helps.
Could anyone help me here?

i think the same thing happened to me
I disabled steamguard then enabled it and now I have to wait 15 days which sucks until I can trade

I heard before there may be a bug with the trading system. If that is the case, you will just have to wait until it is fixed.

Im having the same EXACT problem, I HAVE NOT Been able to Trade for 3 DAYS! :'( I really want a naughty crate... It always says there busy, and when they try to trade me! It says im busy! :'( I bought the game in Jan 2009 before the release, so im NOT F2P eather.

*I Can't turn Steam Guard on... My External Hard Drive Cord is crap, and can sometimes disconnect while in game.... So when I start Steam, Steam ALWAYS UPDATES, and Steam Guard ALWAYS asks me to do the email thing *Thinking im on another computer..., which im NOT! Lol, With no way to fix really, I don't think? So im sorta forced to disable it...

I was successful in using, and buying a crate in the Steam Market, before I decided to turn off Steam Guard, and Back On Again when it started working for a bit...lol Bad decision on my part... XD

If this is a Bug when you turn steam guard off, and on! I hope it's fixed soon! :'( Looks like no extra festive wep for me... lol

Then that means only one thing, Lets protest valve to not put steam guard on while trading.

It sucks, cause I've got a deal with nice crates and keys.... T.T
I've never turned Steam Guard off though, so I guess it's just a bug. How long do you think this will last?

Hopefully not long? But then again. Valve does tend to forget these things. But I think enough people are having this problem to notice...

Also I wonder what's the point of Steam Guard in trading? It doesn't affect trading! lol, It affects your Log-In information so why would we need it to Trade?!?!?!?!? Lol!

well, without steam guard, people only need to know your username/password to get into your account.
With steam guard, you get extra security by requiring your email as well. Though they should reduce the amount of days you need to wait though...

When I have Steam Guard on it ALWAYS ASK ME FOR MA EMAIL!!!! XD
It is SOOOO DAM Annoying!!!! XP I would then have to sent the E-Mail with the code of crappyness to my inbox, and sometimes, I would have to keep re-sending the E-Mail just to get the dam code! Lol!

So I was really forced to disable it before there's a broken Junky External 250gb Hard Drive outside ma window... lol XD

*Why when you log in can't they just ask for your (Email,Password,& Username?) lol simple?
