Shields and backpacks, Slot 2?
I think the sniper's shields, and some of the backpacks should have an extra slot. If you think this would make snipers OP give me some more ideas that don't involove removing weapons from a sniper's arsenal. Thanks for checking out my post, Captain Frosty, OUT!!

Character creation should be based on a d10 system like Vampire The Masquerade. Buffs and Debuffs chosen by the player. Add blood sucking to tf2 please.

As much as I do like the idea of being able to use Jarate with the Croc-o-Style Kit, I think it would be overpowered because there would be no way for Spies to counter Snipers without getting covered in a smelly yellow fluid.
I know, but maybe dulling down the effects of the alot 2 weapon or shield might work.

Choose the right secondary for the situation. Everyone else does it, and so can you.

Two; combine razorback and danger shield/mantreads and gunboats.

Suuure, and the Soldier's Banners and boots should get another slot too.

And while we're at it, let the Demoman's primary-replacing boots be worn as Miscs! Then he can negate the health drop of the Eyelander AND carry his grenade launcher! yeah, no. What one class gets, all applicable classes would have to get it, and for some it'd make them overpowered.
