Team Fortress 2 Desktop Figurines.
I was thinking about getting somthing new to put near where i play tf2 and wonderd if there was anything related to the game, did a bit of looking around and found a few items like plushes and models, but the models seem a bit expencive and i don't want a plush, what did intrest me was...

I can't find much more about it and the pic says fall 2012, so they might be coming?

I think they could come out like...

Each would come with a crate that has a random hat inside and a code you could imput into the game to get a genuine version in-game.

So, does anyone know more about this or would like something like this?

p.s. i know some of this is old news to some but i've been off-line for a while.
p.p.s. i hope the first pics real, they look pretty cool, i know the seconds made up.

Oooh, this look nice. I hope, if that's real, they'll also do some action-saxton with a voice-acting "SAAXTON HAAAALE!" and some other stuff that he says

I love these!

It would be even cooler if there were plastic model kits of them as well... and Lego versions.

Valve should partner with the Japanese model company Figma to make TF2 and Portal figurines.

Imagine the possibilities! Chell with customizable Portal Gun(with or without attached potato device), Gordon Freeman with crowbar, maybe a Combine soldier and Alyx. Oh, and a headcrab zombie too.

A voice button might be nice(with them saying thier own lines), but that might put up the price and i think the first run would be to see if they sold, maybe series 2.

Had to look them up, they seem like good model makers, i don't know many model makers, the last time i bought a figurine was donkeys years ago, some Todd McFarlane stuff from the spawn line(or was Ash the last thing i bought, can't remember), anyway, yes they could do it(if not to pricey).

i think you can find some of these as models(although a bit pricey and no changeable parts).

The Sandvich will be in series 2, the first season will have(with each class).
3 Stock weapons, the basic starter weapons.
2 Pairs of hands, one set for holding weapon, another for taunt pose.
2 Heads, one stern and one smiling.
1 Crate with a random hat(with code for ingame genuine hat).

I had the exact same idea of some code for a promotional hat/misc.

Ok, guess they are starting it on a small run(just 2 classes), fair enough,

I did like this-
That’s right, BOTH Demoman and Pyro include special in-game codes to unlock features as a part of Team Fortress 2. What features you ask? You’ll just have to play the game and pick up the figures to find out.

Wonder what the code will give? A tie-in genuine hat like i hope or something else?
