Conscientious Objector Decals

I have a few Conscientious Objectors, and I have 1 that has a decal. Now, Steam trade doesn't show whether or not a Conscientious Objector has a decal on it.

It's not saying any in your backpack have a decal on them, nor does your backpack have a decal at all, so if you really did apply one, then there was an error or glitch with the item servers processing it.

Can you provide me with a demonstration on a video that proves your point?

What exactly do you want me to prove? I'm saying that most likely what happened then, since they're not in your inventory, was that the TF2 items servers had an error and it's possible they were removed from your backpack right after you tried to apply the decal. It happens sometimes. If it doesn't return to your backpack in about 24 hours you'll wanna report the error.

I want you to prove that a Concientious Objector will show that it has a decal on it in Steam Trade.

I never said it would or wouldn't, but you claim to have one that has a decal, yet none in your inventory says they do. So the reason it's not showing up in trade might be because of the item server error I was mentioning above, and you don't actually have one with a decal at all now. :S

its long been a problem, it makes objectors hard to sell, i've submitted a bug report, they never got around to tixing it. you just have to have another friend/backpack to trade to, so you can isolate the item and verify its the right one to sell.

I know, but it also can be used for minor scams as well, (Giving people an empty conscientous objector instead of the on that has a decal)

Same issue still exists for botkillers and weapon levels. Some people would like to buy say a level 42 botkiller but you can't tell unless you put a unique kill number on it, its a pain.
