Steam Money Trades

I think there should be a system where you can trade steam money. I mean, I don't see any flaws, other than sharks and quick switches, but that already happens in normal trades, there would be (hopefully) no more scams through paypal. I mean, what do you guys think?

The new trade system eliminated quick switching long ago. And if you're referring for a way for people to buy items from other players with money from their Steam wallet, they're kind of already working on that with the Steam Market.

Yeah, but Steam Market is Steam Market, I'm sure you can't put like Buds on the market can you?

Yeah but the idea I believe is after they test how the market does and work things out that eventually things like Buds and other items will be able to be sold there.

Probably, but might as well have this system, I barely know ANYONE who uses the Steam Market.

*raises hand* i do! i think its worth it, i mean, rather than buying a normal dead ringer for eample, for $0.99 at the store, i could buy a vintage version from the market for only $0.33

Yeah for some items it's pretty worth it, though I imagine it's put a dent in the amount of Keys Valve sells in the Mann Co Store, since it almost always cheaper to buy one on the Market.

If it ever happens, expect a fee as it happens on the marketplace for any wallet-involving trade.
