Weapons you think that need a nerf or buff
In my humble opinion, i think the Machina should be buffed to have the shots penetrate buildings when fully charged.
Have fun with the controversey that i may have stirred up

Pan does not need a nerf, IT NEEDS A BUFF
Buff: Stock medic and pyro melee, along with sniper shields (situational but none are worth it as is).
Good the way it is: Everything else.
nerf the train, it's too powerful

Half-Zatoichi: Nerf. No random crits. On that subject, nothing that can be used with a shield charge besides the default Bottle should have random crits.
Short Circuit: Buff. Make it only consume 20 metal as opposed to 35 so it'll actually be viable to improve staying power.
Pain Train: Buff. Give it something to make it useful in Capture the Flag, like +10% movement speed while carrying the intel.
Soda Popper: Rework. Make it so that you have to deal damage to build Hype and can deploy it manually.
Tomislav: Buff. Bump the spin up speed up to 25% faster.
Splendid Screen: Nerf. Remove the knockback so that it doesn't make for an instant kill.

The Short Circuit could really use a lil bit of love, it uses a lot of metal when using it to remove nades, stickies, and rockets. It also seems to have a different cone size then the pyro airblast.

Everything els is perfectly fine.

The Razorback should have some revolver bullet damage reduction, because right now it's useless against spies who know what it does. I suppose it would defend against Eternal Reward spies who don't want to lose their disguise, but overall the Jarate is much better.

Non-Weapons that are rarely seen could be argued to be in need of buffs. There are reasons virtually no one uses them.

As for Nerfs, nothing really. RTR got fixed.

Short Circuit: Buff/Rework? - Make it so that destroying projectiles gives you metal, so you can actually use it to defend buildings

Tomislav: Buff - 20% faster spn up wouldn't hurt

Degreaser: Nerf - Decrease the weapon switch time boost so you can actually escape the combos

Battalion's Backup: Buff/Rework? - Make it a bit less suicidal to charge up

Soda Popper: Rework - Make it so that Hype is built up by damage, and must be deployed manually

Pain Train: Buff - Perhaps a speed boost when carrying Intelligence and Australium? Since it was clearly meant for recovery

the Fan o War is actually one of the better Scout melee options because you shouldn't be melee fighting outside Degroot Keep in the first place.

Even in DGroot Keep, it still sucks.

Its not too hard to escape it, there's still the 0.8 second of melee swing speed and the fact the Pyro has to be pretty close to you. The Flare Gun is harder to dodge but does less damage.

Its okay for team support, but usually, other melees outrank it.
