Team Fortress 2 Loads But The Game Itself Doesn't Show?

Meh... What can I say? Everytime I load Team Fortress 2, it launches perfectly, but the game doesn't even show/pop up. Right now it says I'm playing Team Fortress 2 but I'm still staring at my desktop screen xD There isn't a Team Fortress 2 icon as well so what the heck! It just started doing this last night, I had to restart my gaming laptop and it worked fine. I restarted my laptop again today but now it's just messed up. Any suggestions? Or... Do I really have to delete everything and re-install xD?

I too keep having this problem, it's just so annoying when you have all the pages you want on the browsers(note, this isn't why it's not loading, it loaded before perfectly with so many stuffs running) and you have to restart your computer, geez. Must be the new network update they did not long ago

Yeah, it's really annoying as hell. It's probably because it's Free-To-Play I suppose... I never had this problem with my original main steam account. I actually bought TF2 back in 2009 before it became Free-To-Play. So I really have no idea what is wrong with it. I just deleted everything and installed it again. Works fine now, but I'm afraid it'll act up sometime soon. Trying not to jinx myself ha. Good luck!

I doubt re-installing it would solve the problem though, I too bought it way back, in 2008, all went well, only recently this happens so many times.. GL too man, hopefully they do something bout it..
