Luckiest/Unluckiest kills/deaths?

What are some of your luckiest/unluckiest kills/death (or escape)?

One time a soldier shot a rocket behind me, propelling me towards his face, allowing me to burn him to ashes.
A demoman was chasing me, and my sticky trap propelled me forward, and he face grenaded me, exploding both of us.
A posthumous Huntsman kill.
I've died right in front of a resupply locker. On the lucky hand, a cool Pyro airblasted me when I was on fire, leaving me with exactly 3 health. I probably can think of more, but later.

I did something like this once, 'cept I reflected a huntsman arrow and it happened to headshot a scout that peeped around the corner.

idk if you guys would call this a kill but this heavy medic combo was in payload once and they only just survived a brutal attack from a w+m1 pyro, the heavy took out his sandvich and turned around to try to save his medic but i jumped in the way for a quick picknick and the medic burned to death

was on badland pushing into spire as demoman. shot 4 pills, got 4 airshots. immediately left game and logged off because I knew I would never do better than that.

Can't remember the map. Playing as sniper. Was miliseconds away from headshotting a medic who was healing a heavy (plus, I could tell he had full uber).

Instead, I headshotted a cloaked spy who was standing in the way.... -___-

The medic then popped his uber on the heavy, who in turn killed 4 of my teammates.

I once reflected a crit Direct Hit and got a tri kill.

Bullets are unreflectable.

Also, nice ones so far.

One time I followed an enemy heavy out of spawn (as a spy) and because I was lagging, I played the backstab animation 9 times and I didn't kill him. He turned around afterwards.

Reflected Huntsman arrow headshot kill, without having seen the arrow.

Also, yesterday, getting a kill with the rocket launcher... on a fully cloaked, moving spy on very open ground. I'd seen him before he started to cloak and attempted to predict where he'd be if he were running for a few more seconds in the same direction, but it was still a damn lucky shot and not a trick I'd count on repeating anytime soon.
