NEW MEDIC WEAPON (updated thread)
The Dispensable Dispenser

-75% heal rate
No overheal
Über gives double firing speed for 6 seconds (can stack)
Every 30 seconds, small ammo pack given to target only
Segmented über, 50% consumed at a time
-50% uber build rate

The Rapid release

-75% heal rate
No overheal
Über gives triple firing speed
Target cannot stop firing while ubered once they start
No reload necessary when ubered (uses all reserve ammo)
After über depletes, all ammo had previous to über is restored

The Double Down

Heal two targets at once
+50-100% heal range
No overheal
-50% heal rate
Über gives instant full overheal to both targets.
-25% über charge rate

I think this would be a bit underpowerd, because it can't do much healing or ammo giving much. It would depend on its uber, which is slow, so its not very dependable.

This is good. The uber is powerful, but again, dependent on the uber. I like this one's idea. Maybe a bit more of a heal rate (the medic is supposed to heal), and a faster ubercharge rate. The name is good too :3

I also like this one. I think there should be more heal rate, and a better uber (maybe an overheal that doesn't decay, and a faster charge time). It would be hard to choose a specific two players though, especially if they're moving around.

30 secs for more ammo is little too long, still, the idea of an ammo dispensing medigun is way overdue for TF2 and it would some good to the overcrowded Health-only Mediguns section of the Workshop, I would make a concept model if only I had a better computer.
I'd say: -50% heal rate would be just right and +20 ammo per 5 seconds for those non-stoppers weps (e.g. Pyro's flamthrower and Heavy's Minigun) and +2 ammo per 2 seconds for those one-shooters weps (shotgun and some primary weps like scattergun, rocket launcher, and sniper rifle), but in that case, my rant about the -75% heal rate seems a little unneccesary since the -75% isn't that OP using my ammo dispensing method.

Haha, its ok. My only issue with your idea would mean something like the flamethrower would basically fire indefinitly, because how long does it take to use 20 ammo. A W+M1 pyro would use about that in 5 seconds i think, but on a good pyro like one who uses airblast that would be a good number. And my goal wasnt really to have only an ammo dispensing medi-gun, but to have a mix of both.

Double down would be good for heavies
rapid release would help if people need of ammo
the dispensable dispenser would need little bit higher on the healling
double down should be a little bit down on uber charge rate like it should be at 15%
rapid release should have a 30% overheal
and uber speed should be at x2 or x2.5
rapid release should have 75% of the ammo back

Only problem is that witht eh Rapid Release, right-click (for say a heavy, or spy) woudl trigger something else. Maybe they can stop, but they can also keep on firing. Good catch, it could have minor troll powers.

The Rapid Release seems a bit OP in the right hands, and two medics. Think of the destruction it could cause with a Kritzkrieg on a Soldier. Without reloading and triple
firing speed? Good luck. This in MvM would also be insane, but it would give a
new role to the Medic there.

This. Except that the Rapid Release is completely dependent on its uber. Maybe double firing speed, -50% heal speed, and medics not being able to uber your target if you were there first, and you not being able to uber anyone who's already ubered?
