Did I just get scammed?!
I started up this game after trading on TF2Outpost. It said I got all the metal I sold my hat for, but when I looked in my backpack I couldn't find it. When I tried the "Fabricate Headgear" recipe just to see my Refined Metal it wasn't there. I looked on my Steam Inventory and it wasn't there. Does anyone know what happened?

server lag, check your inventory history
don't rely on outpost backpack, its lagged
