To get a premium account, all you have to do is buy something from the Mann Co. Store. It doesn't matter which the item, it could be a 50 cent item for all VALVe cares, you just need to buy something with money.
The catch is though, that the minimum amount of money you can put into your steam wallet is $5.00.

Buy something good for one of your good classes and u get a premium accoun i bought the black box and the liberty launcher and also some crap to trade when i got the game now i have 5 vintages 12 stranges and 2 unusuals
