Stock Shovel, Fire Axe and Bonesaw. They all have direct upgrades that negate their existence.

I don't consider a random crit a balance, especially on no-random-crit servers. So, yeah, Lord of Light has the right idea.

its intenitionally bad, but good in the right hands, i mean if it was actually really good, medics would be OP.

I dont know.... even if was good as a killing machine I still think it should have better passive effects sense the medic spends more time healing.

i thought the bonesaw didnt have a direct upgrade? unless you're talking about ubersaw, which isnt as much of a direct upgrade to the market gardener

I think he means the amputator being a direct upgrade to the bonesaw.

most (true) direct upgrades are usually not very useful, i mean taunting for ten health? hitting a medic so it hurts the player they're healing? not too much of a 'upgrade', if you ask me

Machina, Dead Ringer, Enforcer, Soda-Popper, Degreaser, Reserve Shooter, Postal Pummler, Stickybomb Launcher. I mean we need some serious updates to just make these nearly useless weapons do something.
