I know a fact even valve doesnt know.
The reason valve only adds hats is to make lots of money...But I know a fact that valve can make more money. If a new wep comes out I know more people will try to uncrate and buy it more than hats. But valve doesnt seem to understand this.

This would only happen if it wasn't in the drop system, and you probrably weren't here when they were trying that :poop:
