Alright, time to turn here....
So, I am getting the dreaded problem of something along the lines of this:

"An issue with your computer is blocking VAC servers, you cannot play on protected servers."

I have tried everything, the article itself steam gave out, disabling firewall, literally ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ everything. Please, just help me.

OS : Win 8.1 (64-Bit)

Ive been waiting, for about a couple of months now. I have reinstalled and everything.
