Can't open TF2

I've been playing tf2 for about 3 hours straight today and now i cant open it. I click play it days im playing it in the bottom right hand corner becuse my profile pic goes green but it goes blue after a few seconds and TF2 doesnt open. Any1 know how to fix it?

try deleting lf2.exe in your task manager's process tab. fixes my problem

There isn't a TF2.exe
