Friend "randomly" lost his premuim tf2

So today he opened the game and noticed his inventory become smaller , and lots of items disappeared he had valuable items and mostly lost now, and i told him to open the DLC properities in Tf2 to see if the premuim dlc is there he found nothing, so help ?

I think you're confused sir, tf2 has no dlc. to get premium, you just buy something from the mann co store.

Tf2 premium is listed under DLC in your library though.

Yes go to properities then go the to dlc tap of tf2 u will find a premuim dlc there.
i hope anyone have the answer or they fix it or something.

If I remember correctly, their game would just crash when they tried to checkout
